Although we are experiencing unprecedented levels of orders from our gardening community, our warehouse is shipping on time as noted below. We are backordered on many items and are doing our best to replenish our supply as quickly as possible. Backorder dates are noted when you place your order. Please note that some items are drop shipped directly from our vendor and can take 5-10 days to ship out.
Standard shipping rates apply for products 20lbs and under, while commercial shipping applies to products that exceed over 20lbs. Any commercial shipment orders require an added fee.

Use the shipping estimator on the cart web page to cost-compare and see express shipping rates, or call for more details. All orders are shipped the next business day. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for loss or stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. In the occasion that the shipping address has been entered incorrectly please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at (626) 333-1553. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

Please allow ample time for your order to be double-checked and packed before attempting to pick up your order. Larger orders will take longer to process.

Orders can be picked up at Unison Supply located at 15715 E Valley Blvd, City of Industry, CA 91744. Pick-up times are from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
At the time of pick up, please provide your order number or reference number.
Once you receive your order, please check that everything has been supplied correctly.
We are sorry, but faster shipping options are not available on our website at this time. If you’d like to place an order with expedited shipping, please call us at (626) 333-1553. Fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the item(s) you’re ordering. Delivery does not occur on weekends or holidays. A physical address is required. Please note: Some items cannot be expedited. These exceptions are noted in the product descriptions online.
Items shipped directly from our suppliers
If your order includes an item that is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, that item will arrive separately from other items you have ordered. Faster shipping options are generally not available for these items, except as noted in the product descriptions.

Shipping outside the lower 48 states
If your delivery address is outside the lower 48 states, it’s best to order by phone so we can give you all of the available shipping options. In many cases, delivery takes two to four weeks. In addition, certain products have shipping restrictions, and cannot be delivered to specific states.
In-Store Pickup Policy
Customers during in-store pickup whether order over the phone or through our website must provide the sales associate with an ID of the name of the purchase order and the matching address provided.
